Muumuu dresses are officially the hottest new trend of 2006. Shapeless granny robes were all over the runways this fall: Marni, Chloe, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Miu Miu and Prada to name a few.

Not to be outdone, Olsen twins have already jumped on the Muumuu bandwagon. We’ll have to fill out our beta-blocker prescription and soon follow.

Thank you for enlightening me about this latest development in high fashion. When I first saw the picture, I was under the impression that the Olsen twins had finally gone around the bend and started wearing gunny sacks in lieu of clothes.
At this juncture, I would like to say that my grandmother would slit her own throat before wearing one of these shapeless horrors.

I lit a candle in temple today to pray for its quick demise. I hope the divine answers before it becomes some sort of global fashion phenomenon.

I think the Olsen twins have a great sense of style , they always look great , even in this picture wearing horrible granny dresses .
